As a Style Advisor - Made to Measure Promoter, you will be responsible for developing Zegna’s made-to-measure business in terms of turnover, image and growth. Partnering with the most important wholesale players and cultivating enduring relationships with our top clients, you will help to define the sartorial identity of our clientele.

Step into a hands-on, minds-on work environment where every challenge and opportunity helps you realise your full potential.

In this role, you will:

Attend an extensive training programme to master sartorial knowledge and understand Zegna’s customer focused business approach.
Travel globally and possibly relocate to new countries.
Become a Zegna Brand Ambassador, promoting MTM products and services through in-store visits, special events and trunk shows.
Manage VIP clients and wholesale partners, guaranteeing the highest customer experience by anticipating client needs and ensuring rapid and effective problem-solving.
Provide technical and sales training to wholesale accounts and boutique staff.
Analyse and report on MTM sales, financial performance and growth opportunities.
Use your entrepreneurial mindset to identify, propose and execute MTM business opportunities.
Project manage, partnering with the Style and Supply Chain teams to implement new MTM activities.

Conveys a deep interest in the world of luxury and fashion, and passion for the creative direction of Zegna.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Impresses us with their analytical skills and drive for results.
Has strong business acumen, complimented by a business-focused university degree.
Has an international mindset and is available to travel on frequent business trips and to relocate abroad.
Possesses strong project management and organisational skills
Is fluent in English, Catalan & any other language.
Has at least 5 years of MTM & Business Development experience.
