YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA

As Team Manager, based in our NYC Flagship, you will bring your leadership and passion for luxury client experiences to the retail team, helping us transform every store visit into a memorable journey.

You’ll work closely with the Assistant Store Director to drive sales performance, develop team talent, and ensure operational excellence — all while embodying the ZEGNA Guest Experience and setting a standard of service that reflects our brand values.

Sales Management

Collaborate with the store team to implement action plans that drive daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and KPI targets set by the ASD.
Serve as acting ASD in their absence, assuming full responsibilities and decision-making authority.
Support and respond proactively to requests from the ASD or Corporate Office to ensure smooth business operations.
Execute opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently, maintaining operational standards.
Uphold the highest level of security awareness to safeguard the store, its assets, and team members.

Customer Relationships & Service

Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by embodying the ZEGNA Guest Experience and upholding the ZEGNA Mindset.
Accurately gather and maintain customer data in compliance with CRM procedures and guidelines.
Take full ownership of resolving customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring alignment with ZEGNA’s policies (alterations, repairs, damages, and global returns).

People Leadership

Ensure all staff consistently uphold the Company’s standards of appearance, service quality, and professional conduct.
Identify training and development needs within the team and provide targeted coaching and guidance.
Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration, morale, and engagement, while actively monitoring the UPs System to support sales performance.
Support the ASD in personnel functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, performance management, employee relations, and corrective actions.
Assist in monitoring Style Advisors’ performance, setting goals, and supporting achievement of individual and team objectives.

You bring 5–6 years of experience in retail and/or hospitality.

YOUR ZEGNA OFFER

Annual gross salary range: $130,000 – $135,000, plus additional bonus incentives, dependent on skills and experience
