Gruppo Zegna è alla ricerca di una risorsa che entri a far parte del team Maglieria presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Verrone (Biella). 
La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di garantire il rispetto degli elevati standard qualitativi aziendali per i prodotti finiti ed i semilavorati di maglieria.

Principali responsabilità:

Monitorare, prevenire, gestire e risolvere tematiche qualitative legate al prodotto/semilavorato dei vari reparti (tessitura, cucito, stiro, collaudo) per garantire la conformità agli standard qualitativi aziendali ed il raggiungimento dei KPI, durante le fasi di progettazione, campionario e produzione;
Relazionarsi costruttivamente con i responsabili dei reparti, la direzione aziendale e gli altri uffici aziendali coinvolti nei processi produttivi;
Collaborare con l’area Quality Assurance & Control nella verifica e risoluzione di problemi qualitativi;
Proporre soluzioni di miglioramento continuo della qualità;

Il tuo profilo:

Almeno 8 anni di esperienza in posizioni analoghe in aziende manifatturiere di maglieria, preferibilmente in Aziende di Moda/Lusso;
Approfondita conoscenza di materia prima e prodotto maglieria;
Comprensione delle logiche produttive industriali;
Spiccate capacità di problem solving ed attenzione al dettaglio;
Doti negoziali ed assertività;
Capacità organizzative e decisionali;
Capacità di lavorare a ritmi sostenuti;
Doti relazionali e di comunicazione;
Padronanza della suite MS Office.
