La tua opportunità:

Nel ruolo di Junior Logistic Specialist, ti occuperai della gestione delle attività di fatturazione legate ai flussi export, garantendo l’emissione corretta, puntuale e conforme delle fatture, nel rispetto delle normative fiscali internazionali e delle procedure aziendali.

Il tuo contributo:

Preparazione, emissione e controllo delle fatture per clienti esteri
Verifica della documentazione doganale e dei documenti di trasporto
Gestione delle discrepanze tra ordini, spedizioni e fatture
Interfaccia con l’ufficio commerciale, logistica e contabilità per garantire l’allineamento dei dati
Inserimento dati e aggiornamento dei sistemi gestionali
Archiviazione digitale e cartacea dei documenti di fatturazione
Supporto nella gestione delle richieste clienti relative alla documentazione fiscale e di spedizione
Monitoraggio delle tempistiche di fatturazione per rispettare le scadenze mensili e trimestrali

Il tuo profilo:

Diploma in ambito amministrativo
Conoscenza base delle normative fiscali relative al commercio internazionale
Padronanza degli strumenti informatici e dei gestionali ERP (es. SAP, AS400)
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1/B2)
Precisione, affidabilità e orientamento al rispetto delle scadenze
Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

Conoscenza di una seconda lingua (francese o tedesco)
Esperienza in ambito doganale o nella gestione documentale export
Familiarità con sistemi di fatturazione elettronica o digitalizzazione dei documenti
