ZEGNA CAMPUS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
Il Campus Ambassador Program di ZEGNA è un’esperienza unica su base volontaria della durata di sei mesi, pensata per talenti universitari motivati e curiosi di scoprire da vicino il mondo del lusso.
Aperto a studenti di vari atenei, il programma rappresenta un’occasione unica per conoscere da vicino una realtà d’eccellenza e comprendere il funzionamento di un’azienda globale del lusso. Grazie a una formazione dedicata e a un supporto continuo, gli ambassador potranno sviluppare una conoscenza completa dell’ecosistema ZEGNA — fondato sull’integrazione verticale, dalla materia prima al cliente finale — e diventare storyteller capaci di trasmettere il valore del brand all’interno dei propri contesti accademici, affinando competenze di comunicazione, organizzazione, networking e creatività.
Durante il programma, i partecipanti prenderanno parte a un incontro al mese in location esclusive, dove potranno confrontarsi con professionisti ZEGNA e scoprire il dietro le quinte dell’abbigliamento maschile di alta gamma.

TIMELINE DEL PROGRAMMA

Onboarding a metà luglio 2025.
Durata del programma: da settembre 2025 a febbraio 2026 (6 mesi).

PROFILI RICERCATI

Appassionati e proattivi, con interesse per il Made in Italy, l’autenticità e l’eccellenza.
Con ottime capacità comunicative e in grado di coinvolgere e ispirare.
Con una spiccata dimestichezza digitale e passione per la creazione di contenuti e lo storytelling.
Flessibili, propositivi e con spirito di squadra.
Iscritti in un’università basata in Italia a corsi di laurea in: Economia/Management, Marketing, Fashion Design, Product Management, Scienze Umanistiche, Lingue, Informatica, Data Science, o Hospitality/Hotellerie.
All’avvio del programma, a settembre 2025, gli studenti dovranno essere iscritti al terzo anno del corso di laurea triennale oppure al primo o al secondo anno del corso di laurea magistrale.

COME CANDIDARSI

Puoi inviare la tua candidatura entro il 9 giugno.
Assicurati di includere nel tuo CV una breve introduzione: chi sei, cosa ti appassiona, cosa ti motiva a candidarti a questo programma.
Gli studenti selezionati condivideranno un video di presentazione di un minuto e potranno scoprire qualcosa in più su sé stessi grazie a un breve questionario online con report personalizzato.
L’ultimo step prevede una videochiamata conoscitiva con il nostro team Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
Gli ambassador verranno selezionati entro il 30 giugno.
